Recipe: Easy Vinegar Cleaning Spray

Makes 500mL.

In a 500mL spray bottle, mix up:

• 100mL white (distilled) vinegar
• 400mL water

Option:

• add 2 drops liquid soap

How To:

1. Spray.
2. Wipe clean.

Recommendation.

Use on non-absorbent surfaces.

If using on absorbent surface - pat the surface dry as soon as possible, to reduce absorption.

Recipe: Mould Prevention Spray (with clove oil)

Makes 500 mL.

In a 500mL container, mix up:

• 1/8 teaspoon clove oil
• 500mL water.

How To:

1. Spray.
2. Leave for 20 minutes.
3. Wipe clean.
4. Re-spray lightly & allow to dry.

Recommendation.

Use on non-absorbent surfaces.

If using on absorbent surface - pat the surface dry as soon as possible, to reduce absorption.

Recipe: General Cleaning Spray

Makes 500mL.

Mix up in a 500mL spraybottle:

• 8 drops sweet orange oil (de-greaser)
• 4 drops lavender oil (anti-bacterial)
• 4 drops eucalyptus oil (anti-bacterial)
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda (cleaner)
• 2 drops liquid soap (de-greaser)
• 2 Cups (500mL) water

How To:

1. Spray.
2. Wipe clean.

Recommendation.

Use on non-absorbent surfaces.

If using on absorbent surface - pat the surface dry as soon as possible, to reduce absorption.

How To Clean: Fan Extractor Filters

Required:

• Filters
• Sink (large enough to hold single filter to soak)
• Hot water
• 1L dishwashing liquid
• 1/4C baking soda
• 1 non-abrasive dish-scrubber brush
• kitchen gloves
• cloth (to wipe filters dry)

How To:

1. Remove filter from rangehood.
2. In sink, add a good squirt of dishwashing liquid and baking soda and enough hot water to cover filter). 
3. Mix well using dish-scrubber.
4. Add filter to sink.
5. Leave 10 mins.
6. Wear gloves, scrub filter with dish-scrubber.
7. Add more dishwashing liquid to dish-scrubber if required. 
8. Wipe and dry clean filter thoroughly with cloth.

Recommendation:

Clean filters once a month.
